5th Sonogram...All Signs Go!

Good news.

Our 5th sonogram went perfect yesterday. Girls look perfect, spines look good and Doc says all things are go. He actually said Julie is doing very well but will get much larger over the next 4-6 weeks. Sorry honey! I know it's my fault....

The babies are at 1.5 lbs right now and will grow to be 4-5lbs in the next 6-8 weeks! We're at 27 weeks! It's getting closer...

Funny thing during the sonogram was when he said, "Looks like you're having a boy!" We went, 'What!?"

Well, he double checked and corrected himself but said, "I'm pretty sure it's a girl."

Pretty sure? We will see.

25 Weeks and Counting!

Julie is feeling worse by the day and I am getting nervous. That's the normal state of affairs around here as we turn the corner on Week 25.

Anything can happen now. We've heard of others having their twins at this point. It would mean the babies would be in a Neo-Natal unit for weeks and we don't want that. We're praying we can go all the way.

Mom takes it easy, dad goes nuts!

Yep, I've gone crazy. I'm already a bad ebayer. I buy more junk on ebay than most, but I've got two little ones coming soon that have given me new vigor for it! I've already bought them no less than 7 outfits! I can't wait to put them on.

On top of that I've become the reader of truth in terms of absorbing every pregnancy book I can find. I know everything now. I know how she feels (in the sense of what books say), what pains she is having, how her breasts are growing...you name it. I don't think she's even read one. She just asks me and I spout it off or research it online. I've read no less than 10!

Julie is getting to the point of feeling uncomfortable alot and is needing to rest more. She's at 23 weeks, so we still have at least 12-17 to go. Our due date is October 2.

Man, it's going to be one long summer.....
